Our top 3 favorite Tampa coffee spots

By September 5, 2019 September 9th, 2019 Blog

This week we are highlighting a few of our favorite coffee spots in the heart of Tampa. These spots capture the essence of Tampa and serve some of the best coffee around! Let’s get started.

Peaceful from the first step in the door, Foundation Coffee Co.’s industrial decor and natural design elements coexist to provide you with a calm and serene setting. It’s high ceilings, exposed brick and outdoor courtyard create a spacious environment that marries nature and industry beautifully. Their breakfast sandwiches, pastries and delicious coffee keeps us coming back again and again. Whether you’re in need of a relaxing day out on the town, looking for a place to meet with business partners, for a photoshoot, or simply to get work done, Foundation meets your needs while also providing amazing service.

Energetic and fun, King State is the place you go to get refueled. A former gas station/garage turned Coffee Shop and Restaurant, King State’s natural lighting and eclectic playlist keep you energized and productive throughout your stay. While the setup is more in line with traditional restaurant seating, there is a bar and plenty of spaces to settle in for the long haul to work on your next project. When it comes to food, the turkey sandwich and the pulled pork sandwich are out of this world, combining traditional and non-traditional flavors to pack a powerful punch to your taste buds. However, you can’t talk about King State without bringing up their cold brew, which might just be the best in the Bay. It. Is. Incredible.

If you didn’t know it was there, you might pass right by Spaddy’s without even knowing it, so pay attention because you can’t afford to miss out any longer! Nestled in between Vintage Post Marketplace and Mauricio Faedo’s Bakery on Florida Ave., Spaddy’s is essentially a permanently established coffee food truck. The outdoor courtyard they have constructed is beyond Instagram worthy, and is the perfect place for you and your pets to stop together for an afternoon coffee run. Always friendly and fast, Spaddy’s always delivers on quality, so take notice next time you’re in the neighborhood. Try their americano, iced latte and don’t sleep on the croissants, they are the best around!
