Frequently Asked Questions

How do I plan to attend?

In order to create a spacious environment, we will have limited seating with adequate spacing in our auditorium. Please let us know how many will be joining you from your household, by reserving your seats above.

What happens once I arrive?

From the parking lot to your seat, you will have a completely touchless experience. You will find your seat in the auditorium has plenty of space for you and your family, providing a safe environment for everyone. Our space has been thoroughly sanitized. Be sure to bring your registration confirmation, as we will be checking them at the door to manage the capacity.

Will Locale Kids be available?

Locale Kids is BACK! Well, actually, we never went anywhere. We’ve been here all along praying for you, preparing for the return to our physical spaces, and providing great online experiences for your kids.

What will church look like for Locale Kids?

Our number one commitment to you and your child is SAFETY. Safety is our priority. Church will look a little different, but that’s because we want you to know we take your child’s safety seriously. From check-in, to RSVPs, to space in our classrooms, we’ve gone above and beyond to give your children the best Locale Kids experience while upholding high cleanliness standards.

You’ll need to let us know how many kids you plan to check-in by RSVPing at the link above!

What will Locale Kids look like?

In order for us to provide the safest experience possible, we are asking families to RSVP their child’s spot. Unfortunately, we can only take walk-ins if there is still space available. If Locale Kids is at capacity and there is still room in the main auditorium, children are welcome to join their parents.

What happens when I arrive?

Locale Kids will be providing a completely touch-free check-in experience. When you enter the building, our Check-In team will be available to assist you. For those families who have downloaded the new check-in QR code, you’ll need to simply scan your QR code and our Check-In team and printers will do the rest. For those who have not yet downloaded the QR code, you can do that HERE (iPhone + Android) or a Check-In team member can assist you. You’ll place the check-in stickers on the backs of your children.

Will there still be an online experience for kids?

Yes, we will continue to provide a great experience online for our kids and families who don’t feel quite ready to attend a service in person.

What precautions are taking place?

We are strongly discouraging anyone who has been sick or exposed to sick people or experiencing symptoms of sickness from attending a physical gathering until it’s safe for them to do so. In fact, we will be taking the temperature of anyone entering the children’s environments. If a temperature exceeds 100.4 we will not be able to accept the child or anyone from that family for the protection of those in attendance.

During our services, we will have attendants cleaning all restrooms and high-traffic areas after each use. Our kid’s spaces will be filled at a reduced capacity. Rows of chairs will be more spaced apart, and there will be an empty chair left between kids to maintain safe distancing. We’ll dismiss your child one-by-one by name to avoid a mass-gathering of families by the exits. Toys and tables will be heavily sanitized before and after service. We are strongly encouraging vulnerable people and those with underlying health conditions to continue joining us for church online only at this time. If you’re not ready to gather together in person, or if you are high risk, we have our services and Locale Kids services online.

We can’t wait to see you in person or online this weekend!

What precautions is Locale Church taking?

We are strongly discouraging anyone who has been sick or exposed to sick people or experiencing symptoms of sickness from attending a physical gathering until it’s safe for them to do so.

During our services, we will have attendants cleaning all restrooms and high-traffic areas after each use. Masks will be optional, and we will provide them for you if you would like one.

Our auditorium will be filled at a reduced capacity. Every other row has been removed to keep people seated ~6 feet apart, and there will be 2 empty chairs left between family units to maintain safe distancing. We’ll dismiss the service by sections and out different exits to avoid a mass-congregating of people at any one exit.

Our services will be entirely “contact-free.” You can potentially come in and leave without touching a single person or object!

Our volunteers in high-traffic areas will wear masks.

We are strongly encouraging vulnerable people and those with underlying health conditions to continue joining us for church online only at this time.

If you’re not ready to gather together in person, or if you are high risk, we have our services online.
